DELIVERY & PAYMENTS
All items are shipped directly to you from our vendors. When you place an order, you'll be notified during checkout of the estimated delivery dates and once the vendor has sent out the order, you'll receive an email notification.
Some vendors (typically those selling chilled or frozen goods) only deliver to specific areas. Simply enter the delivery postcode in our website to see which products are available for your area.
Vendors will use a variety of delivery methods that are suitable for their products.
Dry goods are usually sent by EMS or a third party logistics company.
Chilled or frozen goods delivered within Bangkok are usually sent by the vendor’s own delivery drivers or a third party logistics company.
Chilled or frozen goods delivered outside of Bangkok are usually sent by bus or or a third party logistics company.
If you want to know how a vendor will deliver products to your area (and if it is a door to door service or if you will be required to pick up the goods from your local bus station) please contact them via their vendor page found here. On the left hand side of any vendor’s page click “CONTACT VENDOR” and type your message.
Most vendors will dispatch your order within two (2) working days. If your order contains chilled or frozen goods, each vendor will contact you soon after you place your order to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the delivery. If your order contains dry goods it will be sent by post. You will be sent a tracking number when the order is dispatched.
If you order from our own product range (called Passion Premium) and if you live in Bangkok, your order schedule will be as follows:

Please note that we are open Monday to Friday so if you order over the weekend, your order will be processed Monday morning.
Each vendor sets their own delivery charges and this may vary depending on factors such as delivery postcode or weight of goods. We ask our vendors to keep these as low as possible and in many cases free delivery is offered.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as online banking and ATM bank transfers for most Thai banks. For all online payments we use the highest level of security and encryption.
Payments by ATM transfer must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise the order may be cancelled.
